Over 150 Years of Farming & Family Traditions

 

Overhiser Orchards has been in fruit farming since 1863 and operated by the same family for over 150 years.  We are the fifth generation on our sesquicentennial farm, continuing to offer families U-pick on sweet and sour cherries, peaches, pears, plums and apples.  Other offerings include wagon rides, special events, tours, hands-on educational animal barn and an opportunity to learn what farming is all about.  Browse our website and find us on our Facebook page for current happenings and more information.

 

Directions:

Take I-196 north to Exit 26, then east 3 miles to the NW corner of 109th Ave. and 64th St.

What to look for here: Apple Cider(Fresh/Frozen), Apples, Apricots, Blueberries, Cherries(Sweet and Sour), Corn Maze, Decorations, Donuts, Farm Fresh Eggs, Fishing Pond, Food Wagon, Gift Items,

Local Honey, Jams & Jellies, Local Maple Syrup, Peaches, Pears, Plums, Pumpkins, Squash, Tours, Wagon Rides, & Yarn (from our own Alpaca's Fiber).

5th generation farmer who's lifelong dream is growing high quality tree fruit.  He continues to expand and diversify the fruit options available to our customers and works hard everyday to provide quality fruit to his customers. 

General Manager

​

Hard working mother of five all now in college.  She loves farming and helps the farm and family run smoothly.  She can often be found in the kitchen preparing baked goods on hand for you to enjoy and take home and can answer any questions you may have about the historic orchards. 

Staff

​

Our staff and children are on hand to assist you and answer any of your questions in the farm market as well as take you out to the orchard and show you around the farm.  They love to talk to customers about their farm animals on site and explain the many varieties of fruit we offer up for U-Pick.
